Have to wonder where you are?

Zack Keister

A somber song from the view of a child who lost a parent, and doesn't understand why.

Lyrics:
I have to wonder where you are
Have to wonder where you are
Have to wonder where you are
Have to wonder where you are

They all say how you loved me
But you're away, you're away
It's my fault that you cant stay
I'm to blame, I'm to blame

No one said that you're coming back
No one talks to me about death

I have to wonder where you are
Have to wonder where you are
Have to wonder where you are
I have to wonder where you are

Written and recorded by Zack Keister. huge thank you to Wolflaneur for contributing background vocals! Do me a favor and go check out their music, its amazing!

Hate is loud but we truly believe that love will ALWAYS win. We made this for everyone who is searching for the love inside of them.

These songs will take the listener on a journey of navigating loss, grief, rejection, shame, and the conflict of balancing your own needs with those of someone you love.

Our 4-song EP "Witherlove" was interrupted by the results of the 2024 US Presidential Election which codified the hatred and discrimination of LGBTQ+ (and especially trans) people in this country.* Music is one of Alina's primary emotional outlets and they wrote this song because - put simply - they needed to. We hope deeply and are working tirelessly for a better world where more people are given the love and care that they deserve. If this song moves you in any way, feel free to reach out to us. We are your community and we love you. 💞

*There are many groups of people who are actively targeted by the Trump administration and the bigots of this country but our perspective is limited to our own experiences and we don't want to speak for other communities.

This is Where We Begin

We kind of can't believe that this is even a thing, but... WE MADE AN ALBUM! 😳 A year ago, we would not have believed it if you told us we would start recording original music and sharing it with the world. In the span of 4 months, we performed 6 live shows, published 4 original songs, and launched our social media with a myriad of entertaining music-related videos and shorts. 😱 And this is just the beginning!

I was in college experimenting with using a busted old Steepletone radio for my music, when the sun lit the city bright orange as it set. This is the result of that experiment: a lofi, DIY bop with live input from the interstitial frequencies between the FM stations of Dublin city. Let your mind wander.
