Conspiracy

Owls That Talk

Conspiracy is an indie rock track that was written about the egregious transgressions of the past but is more relevant in the present than it was ever meant to be. Strong influences of our favourite bands from the 90s and 00s

Uniquely Special

Liberated Turmoil

Daverage J. Normal

Uniquely Special is a collaborative EP from Liberated Turmoil and Daverage J. Normal, blending dark electronic textures with spoken-word vocals. Drawing from techno, breakbeat, and experimental electronica, these two tracks push the boundaries of rhythm and atmosphere, offering an immersive and introspective experience.

More for Less is a shadowy, pulsing composition where both artists' voices intertwine. Its slow-burning rhythms carry trap influences, yet the warped, distorted textures create an otherworldly tension. The lyrics echo a restless desire—an internal contradiction of wanting less but yearning for more.

The title track, Uniquely Special, takes a lighter yet deeply contemplative turn. Ethereal melodies and atmospheric bass create a vast sonic landscape, mirroring the existential wonder of humanity’s place in the universe. The spoken-word delivery enhances the weight of the words, confronting the paradox of feeling both insignificant and extraordinary.

With these two tracks, Uniquely Special captures the contrast between tension and release, isolation and wonder—embracing the duality of existence through sound.

Cyan341

This is Mark here. I run Rednetic, and I am also cyan341. This is a very personal album for me. This music was made as a way of me coping with my father's death, a way to express emotions and moods when trying to comprehend the situation I found myself in.

My father died from prostate cancer quite suddenly and quickly after surviving with it for almost ten years. This was in deepest COVID, and we cared for him at home, with no experience and with minimal support due to various restrictions.

Shock, grief, PTSD, the literal destruction of the fabric of the universe for me and those closest to me.

There are no lyrics. I do not do those. This is about structured sound as a form of expression. An expression of grief, loss and life, of complexities and incomprehension. These were lost days of life when I felt myself disappear.

This is such a precious album with abundant meaning and depth. I was so happy to have people with love, great skill and talent be involved in this project, with Nicolas Franck Pauly taking a number of photos around the Barbican, Bruno Lasnier @ the milkfactory creating the cover art perfectly encapsulating the mood of the music and Paul Chivers, aka Ramjac and Trevor Lancaster-Smith, bringing to bare their vast experience and knowledge and spending so much time, care and attention, providing excellent mixdown and mastering, to bring these tracks to the place where they exactly need to be.

And when you get a chance, please raise a glass of whatever you most enjoy to my Dad. Cheers.

Gladiator Games

Two tracks. A deeper step into techno, but never away from melody.

Where traditional techno strips feeling back, this EP holds onto it. The rhythm drives hard and the atmosphere stays wide open.

The title track builds its energy from something ceremonial. The drums you hear are real, sampled from the opening of the Olympic Games, hundreds of drummers beating as one, a crowd roaring behind them. That scale, that collective force, carries the track across eight minutes without once letting up. Layer after layer arrives, and nothing is taken away.

Runner pulls in a different direction. Retro textures, synthwave warmth, a nostalgic and somber mood laid over a speedy techno rhythm. The tension between those two things is exactly the point.

Awakening

The Band Famous

Awakening is The Band Famous most ambitious project yet, with each track bending different genres. It is the 2nd musical album released by this power couple in rock'n'roll!

Self-produced and Los-Angeles based husband/wife production duo combine soul, hip-hop, rock and roll, EDM, and industrial sounds within the Awakening - EP.

We self-produced our album, and self-produced our music videos for every track off of our EP. We also made a short film, which includes the final music video for "Because" in a Matrix fan film titled "The Matrix: Because".

The song and music video for "Emotional Scatter" - the hit off the EP - was written, produced, and recorded while living in a car during a 2.5 year trial of homelessness, (which is talked about in our interview with Voyage LA) and later mastered and finished when the band opened The Band Famous private venue in Los Angeles.

A note: While the name of the EP is Awakening, the song "Awakening" is not part of this EP, but will be released in a future project.
