"Everyone eventually faces the moment when the familiar world slips away: friends move apart, children grow up. Like Faust, one longs to make the moment stand still, yet time is irreversible — and that irreversibility can seem ruthless. What you once cherished may never happen again. Yet, the very fact that a moment is finite — that it is unique and unrepeatable — is precisely what gives it such immense value. If everything lasted forever, nothing would hold any worth. That is simply human nature. All that remains for us is to preserve that vanishing world in our memories; for as long as we remember it, it continues to exist — in one way or another." — Rodion (Samsara Inc.)
