Giraf Spits

The Eclecticians

Giraf Spits is the second album by the San Francisco duo The Eclecticians. Giraf Spits is 4 songs of energetic, diverse hip hop, each track sounding significantly different than the one which preceeded it. The EP is an accidental exploration into different sonic directions, fusing samples and synthesizers into deep, rich textures. Lyrically, the album touches on topics ranging from anti consumerism to Frisco blapping, but mostly it's a bunch of cobbled together half thoughts congealed together into something greater than the sum of it's parts.
