Chaos Pals

Männen som slutade öka

Männen som slutade öka is Chaos Pal’s debut album. The duo was formed by Olle Oljud and Girilal Baars in the early ’10s. In all these years, they have only made a handful public appearances. All of them iconic.

In the early 00’s Olle and Girilal both went through a period of heavy Kaoss Pad addiction (KPI and KP3, for the technically bothered). A decade later the sound was a bit outdated and we had both moved on to other sonic dependencies…

One day, however, we had the idea of cross connecting our four KPs to each other. This enabled entirely new levels of instability and aleatoricism and proved irresistible to two sound-hooligans. And so there you have it — Männen som slutade öka [Fellows Rebuking the Capitalist Doctrine of Continuous Expansion and Growth], a 9-track album devoid of nostalgia, meaning and purpose.
